My life is boring. So I wrote a poem - October 5, 2015

Hi!!

Monday, was shopping, and buying a dress. 

We had a party, and I had success. 

I found a Dirndl, one I truly adore. 

I'll send you a picture. You'll love it, I'm sure. 

We went to a castle, but the museum was closed, 

The scenery was stunning, and I wasn't opposed

So around we went, traveling up the hill

We went on a quest, we had pictures to fill!

For Family Home Evening we had an Art Fest

We talked about Conference, and the importance to listen,

And made notebooks to hold inspiration relieved

Tuesday wasn't special, we had some go-bys, 

out in the boondocks, a 40 minute bus ride

Then off to the Pullans, and had dinner over there

It was tasty, ghetto navaho tacos

And then we went home, and we thought life was fair

Wednesday was hectic, and made me go nuts

We had DDM, this week it was late,

And we had to leave early, no ifs and or buts

And the busses here, for some reason, like to disappear through the gate

Into other dimensions, and not help us succeed

In missionary work, we struggle with transport,

The system is good, but just not perfect

Thursday was rough, we had 2 appointments cancel

But all worked out, and we still broke the seal

The seal I refer to, is actually not real,

But we helped some members learn German, and life remained sweet

Friday, I was afflicted with illness and snot

My sinuses were stuffed, nose running away

We had weekly planning, and then out for the day

We went bowling with members, and boring it was not

Saturday, was service, bei Familie Comte,

We cleaned out their basement, with 8- legged friends.

I played Trash Compactor, and stomped papers down

And sang "Traveling Soldier," without the others making a sound

Then shredded papers, and had a partay

Sunday, was spent with the company of friends

And many a sweet word of nourishment from above

We were with the Comtes, and the other missionaries

The Elders watched Priesthood, while we prepped the snacks

And then we watched

Anyway, I love you all, and hope everything is going well for you.

I hope you enjoyed my poem. It took me a while to write.
